Production & Shipping

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment shortly after payment confirmation. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, subject to product availability and order volume.

International shipments are sent via Yanwen, ePacket (China Post), or equivalent postal logistics services. Estimated delivery time is 5–20 business days, with many orders arriving within 5–10 business days. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and local postal operations.

Shipping fees are calculated per order, not per item. There is no minimum order quantity or minimum purchase amount required.

For large or bulk orders, shipments may be divided into multiple packages or require additional processing time to ensure secure and accurate delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Please allow some time for tracking information to update as the parcel moves through the carrier’s system.

We reserve the right to review, delay, cancel, or recall any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect or incomplete information, or duplicate order submissions. Customers will be notified accordingly, and any applicable refunds will be issued in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
