If you require a proof or preview before production, please submit your request in the order notes field during checkout. Proofs are provided upon request only.

We do not produce items that impersonate or replicate government departments, educational institutions, financial institutions, postal authorities, or official organizations. We do not manufacture items representing other countries’ official materials.

We do not create counterfeit, fake, or fraudulent products. Any order determined to involve prohibited or fraudulent content will be cancelled immediately and may not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping & Delivery Information

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, depending on product availability and order volume.

Shipping times vary depending on destination and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are for reference only and may be affected by customs processing, carrier operations, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping fees are calculated per order, not per item. There is no minimum order quantity or minimum purchase requirement.

For larger or bulk orders, shipments may be split into multiple packages or require additional processing time to ensure safe and accurate delivery.

Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Please allow time for tracking updates as the parcel progresses through the carrier’s system.

We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or refuse shipment of any order containing incorrect information, duplicate submissions, or suspected fraudulent activity. Customers will be notified accordingly, and any eligible refunds will be handled in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
